Dance characters evolve from the influence of music. Rhythmical notes become imaginative dancers.

For me the tree form has bodily associations. Through observation and imagination the tree is translated into individual form.

Architectural form always inspires my work - I search for styles that complement the subject. This body of work features drawing, painting and mixed media.

A sketchbook is carried with me at all times, for making notes on found objects, poetry and thoughts. Looking back over sketchbooks of drawings I search for strength and intrigue, chosen drawings are then developed into larger body of works.
